Indian Craft Brewery launches New Menu items

New Delhi, January 09, 2026: On behalf of Indian Craft Brewery (ICB), we are excited to announce that ICB is expanding its existing menu with a new lineup of dishes, bringing together regional Indian comfort food and global street food influences.

With nearly 80% of the menu dedicated to sub-regional South Indian and coastal cuisines, the offerings highlight lesser-explored flavour profiles from Kongu Nadu, Madurai, Natti cuisine, and Madikeri, alongside coastal influences from the South Indian peninsula, Maharashtra, Goa, and Gujarat.

Must-try dishes include Sour Cherry Burrata, Kongu Nadu Chicken Fry, Natti-Style Lamb Chops, Mutton Kari Dosa, Smashed Jackfruit Burger, Sambar Rice (Veg/Chicken), Ros Omelette Chicken, Bun Mutton, South Indian Coffee Brûlée, and Sicilian Cannoli. Images are attached.

The new menu is curated by Chef Kumaran Jayapal, who brings over 30 years of culinary experience across India and international kitchens, the menu is driven by bold flavours, fresh produce, quality ingredients, and a seamless amalgamation of tradition with modern techniques.

We would be delighted to facilitate conversation with Chef Jayapal as well.
