He was associated with various brands like Leela Kempinski, Park Hyatt and IHG. with expertise in Italian, Western, Indian and Asian cuisine.
Shankar boasts of a rich and diverse culinary background, including both classic cooking and modern techniques and has the expertise to deliver a luxury experience in all food and beverage departments of the hotel.
