Clarks Inn Express is happy to announce the appointment of Mr.Bairwa as Operations Manager for its Jaipur unit.

A postgraduate in Hotel Management from Delhi University, Mr.Bairwa has an extensive experience in the field of operations, f&b, training, and managing staff. He has successfully run the operation of different resorts in his tenure. He has worked with Blue & White Hotel Zigong, Sichuan, China, RnB City Centre Jaipur, etc.

He will be responsible for managing Clarks Inn Express budgeting, planning, grievance handling, increasing revenue, managing hotel profitability, and implementing innovative sales practices and yield management programs on the property. His key responsibility will be to ensure full compliance with Hotel operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures, and service standards.

Mr.Bairwa shares, “Hospitality is changing drastically, guests are more conscious with regards to compliances and hygiene. In these unpredictable times, it is the responsibility of each property to maintain strict safety and hygiene standards. Tourists are also more aware of leaving no carbon footprints behind and sustaining responsible tourism. Located in one of the touristy cities of India, I want to make tourists sensitive toward the ecosystem of the place. At the same time, I want to implement eco-friendly measures without hurting the bottom line. Also, will conduct regular audits to ensure that the hotel SOPs are being implemented properly.
