The restaurant has been curated by the iconic Italian Chef, Chef Enzo Oliveri, renowned over the world as the Sicilian Chef, and served his recipes in his signature style.

The grand launch of the restaurant took place on October 14, 2023, at 4 pm, at the Chocolate Hotel, Indiranagar in the heart of Bengaluru. The event was graced by the presence of Chef Enzo Oliveri and Dr Suborno Bose, along with other eminent personalities from the hospitality industry, media, and academia like Sir Alfonso Taglia Ferri, Hon’ble Consul General.
