There is also the traditional pachadi preparations made of Muli, Papaya, Red chilli, Capsicum and Green chilly. Other accomplishments include a variety of raitas; namely Mix vegetable, Boondi and Papad. This is for the first time such kind of a Paratha food festival has been organized in the town of Belagavi.
