A Tea Appreciation & Food Pairing Workshop conducted by India’s first Tea Artist, Susmita Das Gupta in collaboration with Executive Chef Gopal, Grand Mercure Bangalore. The menu will include Darjeeling White Tea paired with Cucumber crudités & Bocconcini cheese, Smocked Oolong Tea Paired with Till wale Deghi Bharwan aloo, Kashmiri Kahwa paired with Mini corn taco with avocado salsa and more.
