pre-Christmas dinner in an exclusive event with Gourmet Passport, hosted along with Mr. Rocky Mohan on Saturday. The event was a showcase of the best of culinary and mixology offerings from the team of Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield.
The event witnessed the crème de la crème of Bengaluru’s hobnobbers dressed in their festive best. Gourmet lovers were presented with a lavish gastronomical experience curated by the team of Chefs & mixologists from Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield and Mr. Rocky Mohan, well known author of cookbooks, founder of Gourmet Passport and Old Monk Ambassador.
The showcase was lined with popups of the 5 outlets of the hotel with M-Café putting up a large assortment of Indian cuisine with focus being on Awadhi cuisine. Alto Vino the signature Italian restaurant of Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield showcased Italian delicacies and Whitefield bar & Grill showcased the best of grilled & traditional tandoori dishes. An indulgent selection of cocktails and desserts spruced up the evening.
The event was graced with prestigious guests that included celebrity chef’s Shazia Khan and Sabyasachi Gorai, costume designer Laxmi Krishna and food critique Suresh Hinduja, Jaideep Singh Sr. VP Hospitality & Retail of Bhartiya City, amongst others.
