With over 17 years of extensive experience across luxury hospitality, lifestyle destinations, and high-volume Food & Beverage operations, Gaurrav brings a dynamic combination of operational excellence, commercial
expertise, and guest-centric leadership to the hotel.
Throughout his distinguished career, Gaurrav has been associated with some of the hospitality industry’s most respected brands, including The Oberoi Group, The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), Marriott International, The St. Regis Mumbai, and leading lifestyle destinations in Dubai such as FIVE Palm Jumeirah and Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark.
Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, Gaurrav was leading Food & Beverage operations at Le Méridien Mina Seyahi in Dubai, where he oversaw several of the city’s most iconic dining and entertainment destinations, including the renowned Barasti Beach. In this role, he successfully managed large-scale operations, curated destination-led guest experiences, and drove commercially focused F&B strategies across high-volume outlets.
In his new role, Gaurrav will spearhead the hotel’s Food & Beverage strategy, focusing on enhancing guest experiences, driving innovation, strengthening operational efficiencies, and further elevating Hyatt Regency Gurgaon’s culinary offerings and dining destinations. Known for his passion for creating memorable guest experiences and building high-performing teams, Gaurrav believes that exceptional hospitality is about creating meaningful connections, memorable moments, and lasting impressions.
