Harrison, the owner of Sawatdee, highlighted that these robots do not replace human workers, but they assist human workers in carrying out repetitive tasks. The owner added that these robots allow human workers in spending more time with customers than before as they do not need to indulge in carrying dishes from kitchen to table and vice versa. The owner also deployed another robot server at location of Maple Grove.

Restaurants continue to use robots to fill the deficit of human workers. Restaurants in Vancouver Islands implemented the strategy of delivering food and drinks to customers with the help of robots. However, the advanced technologies installed in the robots enable them to sing happy birthday songs and greet customers. Moreover, multi-color lighting has been installed in them to entertain people. The cat-like robots BellaBot increases the efficiency of overall operations as staff needs to make lesser visits to kitchen than before.

Along with assisting human staff in carrying out repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency, these robots can be used as marketing tools. Restaurant owners at Vancouver Islands highlight that these robots are helpful and customers enjoy interacting with them. In addition, customers share videos of robots delivering food and interacting with them on the social media platforms. This helps in marketing of restaurants. The robots can perform advanced functionalities such as greeting customers at the entrance and fetch them to the vacant tables. They also avoid collisions with people, making the restaurant a safe place for people. The number of restaurants employing the robots is estimated to increase in the coming years.
