Speaking about the food festival Mr.Assim Sherif, Hotel Manager said “This time we wanted to focus on a particular community’s food. There is a big Marwari community in Chennai which can enjoy our exquisite food festival. For the others, it will be a novelty as Rajasthani dishes are not readily available.”

This beautifully curated, one-of-a-kind informative dining experience indulges in vegetarian cuisine found predominantly in the Marwari regions of Rajasthan meticulously prepared by Chef Maharaj Bhanwar Lal Upadhyay as he takes on a journey to showcase the expertise, he has acquired from Diyatra and Bikaner, being a 6th generation Chef.

‘Taste of Rajputana’ will be available at ‘Petals’ restaurant which is known for its buffets and A la carte services, offering Lunch and Dinner.
