Lion Dance will also be held at auspicious timings in the morning of 16th February. Yusheng, better known as the Prosperity Toss for good fortune will also be prepared and served at every table. Guests can revel in the festivities with a wealth of dishes like Chinese New Year cake Nian Gao, Sichuan Steam Chicken, Ganshow Style Prawn, Lobster in Butter Garlic Sauce, Pokchoi Dumpling to name a few which are perfectly paired with a wide range of beverages to choose from.
