Bengaluru, February 23, 2016: Set to begin 21st February 2016, Chef Drew Nocente invites diners back as he launches an all-new brunch service every Sunday. The 5 Quarter Cava brunch will be kept to a simple, laidback and casual affair,allowing the chance to comfortably kick back and enjoy some satisfying dishes in the company of family and friends. Chef Drew describes the menu as “a mix of his favorite comfort brunch items”.
The brunch menu will be served from 11.30am till 4pm (two seating). It will feature a wide range of comfort brunch-style foods including Chef’s Signature Chef’s Charcuterie platter, Chorizo Eggs, Mushroom Cappuccino (served in a coffee pot), Smoked Maple Bacon & Apple, Baked Clams with Garlic and Fried Chicken & Pancakes, just to name a few. And additionally, in true free-flow style, guests will be able to order as many items as they want although more premium dishes such as Grilled Prawns and oysters will have limited servings per person. Diners can also opt for free flow cava to accompany their meal. 5th Quarter guests will have access to complimentary valet parking.
