It’s exciting to be back.Talking to the audiences of World on a Plate, 5 years we have built some unbelievable experiences and of course Covid is unprecedented and the whole industry is fighting it out together. I’m sure that we are going to come out strong. We wanted to add some cheer to thousands of consumers who have been sending us requests and waiting to hear from us. So we thought we should do WOAP online, and It’s nothing better than taking the whole experience digital. People from home will be able to experience the chefs from India & around the world, we are trying to bring the experience back to the audience and i am sure it will be something that no other online platform has done before. The reason we wanted to keep this free is the chefs from our country and a few from around the world are really excited for this version because it is connected to a cause, it is for charity. This time WOAP is from the most discerning to the most deserving and we can’t wait to kick start this edition.I have personally been on the ground for World Hunger Warriors since the last 90 days from the time covid hit our world, and along with WHW we have served about half a million meals and now we are about to open the first soup kitchen which will provide free food to all the needy who walk up to us. All the chefs are being very gracious to come and be a part of this wonderful initiative. Inspired by Langars around our country, WHW will collectively channelize efforts and even if it achieves 10% of what langars have been doing, we will be grateful to have some contribution at such an hour of need. feels Kiran Soans, CEO, Gold Rush Entertainment.
World on A Plate Season 6, will also center-stage the winner home chefs and their cooking videos will be featured on WOAP’s website. The winners will also get an exclusive opportunity for one-on-one interaction with top celebrity chefs via the live conducted from WOAP’s Instagram handle.
