New Delhi, September 20, 2016: As a celebration of International Chef Day, Indian Culinary Forum in association with the apex body, Indian Federation of Culinary Associations & World Association of Chef Societies is all set to bring yet another extravaganza to laud the Indian culinary excellence and revere culinary talent through 13th Annual Chef Award to be held at The Ashok Hotel on November 5, 2016. In an effort to put the country on the international forefront, these awards will involve every aspect of culinary enthusiasts and art aficionados to share a passion for food, art and entertainment.
The event will be categorized in three segments including Trade Test, Chef Summit and the grand finale Chef Award -2016. The event will kick start with the trade test, where over 200 professional chefs will showcase their culinary prowess in 11 categories. Trade test (Culinary Competition) will be organized from October 22 to 28, 2016 at Academy of Pastry Arts, Gurugram and Banarasidass Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management. The second and the third segment include, Chef Summit, an educational workshop for young grooming chefs to understand the industry from the experts and Chef Award 2016 to be held on November 5, 2016 at The Ashok Hotel.
