He will be responsible for overseeing all of the operations of hotels outstanding culinary offerings at its four restaurants and bars.
With 14 years of culinary experience in five-star hotels and luxury hotels across India and United Kingdom, Chef Mukul will lead the team at Grand Mercure Mysuru in taking quality cuisine into the next level of excellence. His career began with ITC Grand Maratha Sheraton & Towers, Mumbai post which he moved to UK. He also assisted the Michelin Star Chef Darren Rowe during his tenure at Crowne Plaza, Birmingham. Brands such as Hilton, Starwood Hotel & Resorts, and Marriot also add to his successful career stints.

Mukul holds a diploma in Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Trivandrum Campus, Kerala. During the course of his expansive career, he also conceptualised and managed food festivals and festive promotions like Goan, Punjabi, Maharashtrian, Mejwani thali, Italian, Mexican, Awadhi and Barbeque grill among others.
In his spare time, Mukul likes to unwind with books. He also loves to travel and explore new destination.
