Nestled on the scenic East Coast Road (ECR), the resort resumed operations from the 1st of September 2020, after a long break, due to the unprecedented outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic.
Adopting the initiative of ‘Commitment to Clean’, the resort offers guests the assurance and makes it convenient for them to check in and out through a mobile app, thus eliminating physical contact. Upon arriving at the resort, it is ensured that the guests have downloaded Arogya Setu App, screened through thermal scanning and have easy access to hand sanitizers.
In accordance to the new normal, the resort has become well-equipped to offer services such as virtual tour of the property through video for bookings, QR code scan for sanitization process and to check the menu, online payment option, room key sanitization at reception desk, in-room dining and others.
