In his current role, he will be responsible for developing procedures, business finance,oversee day-to-day operations and operational policies. In his previous role at Hotel The Royal Plaza, Faisal was Executive Assistant Manager, he set up the city’s highest lounge and bar ‘Sky’ which today is Delhi’s most talked about party destination.With his expertise and background of working with the best hotels and bars, as the creator of this magnificent party place, he has raised the bar and set extreme standards for others in the industry to follow.
An innovative and dynamic hospitality professional with an exalted experience in the industry, Faisal has in the course of his illustrious career, trained well on the key management disciplines of Operations, Sales & Marketing, Administration, Finance and Training, and has successfully handled multiple roles and responsibilities at the various organisations where he has worked. He has also been instrumental in planning & implementing effective training modules and team-building initiatives in order to ensure a conducive work environment.
Continuing with his efforts towards repositioning the hotel as a holistic lifestyle destination for domestic and international travellers, his role includes spearheading different processes within the Hotel. This is what he calls the “Start up” to reposition the hotel as a lifestyle property. As an extension of his responsibilities at the property, he also plays a pivotal role in brand management, strategy planning and implementation, business development, corporate communication, event promotions and training & development.
Faisal Nafees has so far worked with some of the most renowned names in the hospitality industry, including lebua Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Group, Radisson, Elevate Nightclub, Ta j Hotels, The Park, New Delhi, amongst others. Over the span of his career, he has worked in numerous mid-and-senior management capacities, which has helped him to fully understand and appreciate the roles and responsibilities of all key positions within the hospitality space.
