Introducing breakfast for the first time at the cafe, the newly launched menu is available from 9 am – 11 am over the weekend from Friday to Sunday. Exquisitely crafted to cater to audiences with varied food preferences, the menu includes several lip-smacking dishes including smoothies, breakfast bowls and of course lots of eggs.
Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian or can’t live without eggs, Maverick & Farmer has got you covered. The menu serves up an extensive number of breakfast dishes – Skillet Brekkies, egg platters, pancakes, breakfast bowls and much more.
Egg obsessed? The Turkish Eggs are a must-try made with poached eggs in a creamy Greek yoghurt sauce drizzled with seasoned olive oil and sundried tomatoes. Also, check out the Democratic Eggs Platter, choose your favourite preparation, be it scrambled, an omelette or fried sunny side up. The eggs are accompanied with a choice of breads, sourdough, ciabatta, brioche and sausage or bacon.
Skillet Brekkies one of its kind in town are cooked and served in your own cast iron pan, sizzling hot on your table! These hearty delicious meals are a great way to get all your breakfast favourites into one dish. At Maverick & Farmer, they serve the English Skillet, Country Skillet, All Things Bacon Skillet and Tex Mex Skillet. The English Skillet includes veggies, wedges, chicken sausage, gravy and free range eggs. Tex Mex Skillet is a flavoursome combination of sweet potatoes, refried beans, jalapenos, cheese and eggs.
