Ingredients:

Milk – 100gms

Sugar Breakfast – 100gms

Cooking cream – 55gms

Wheat Flour – 125gms

Milk Powder – 15gms

Baking Powder – 03gms

Baking Soda – 03gms

Vanilla Essence – 01gm

Butter Melted – 100gms

Method:

  • Mix milk, cream and sugar till sugar dissolves
  • Add vanilla flavouring
  • Fold in the sifted dry ingredients
  • Mix melted butter till nicely emulsified
  • Rest the batter for minimum an hour
  • Pour in the mould
  • Garnish with choco chips
  • Bake at 170 degree C
