Delhi, November 02, 2016: Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) in an association with the apex body- Indian Federation of Culinary Associations & World Association of Chef Societies successfully organized trade test, the culinary competition, for 13th edition of Annual Chef Award, at Chandiwala Estate, Govindpuri. The objective of the event is to recognize and honor the chefs and their contribution to the Hospitality industry. The winners for these culinary competitions would be falicitated at the grand ceremony of Chef Awards 2016 on November 5, 2016 at Hotel Ashok, New Delhi.
Chefs in huge number, participated in 11 categories of culinary copetitions and showcased a series of skills, celebrating the preparation and presentation of the food accoutrements in attractive and pleasing forms. WCWB Ambassador from Mauritius,Chef Alan Payen, is the Chairperson of the Hon’ble Jury along with renowned national and international chefs for the 13th edition of Annual Chef Awards 2016.
