Veer Anukul Chandhok, the second generation entrepreneur behind Dana Choga says, “India has a very diverse cultural fabric, which we constantly try and incorporate in our menu. Our chefs work round the year to introduce new food items; this Navratra menu being one of them. Our patrons come back for this every year and the Sattvik thali has become a hot favorite over the years.”
