An alumni of MGV College of Hotel Management, Rachita has been associated with some of the biggest international brands in hospitality across India.
Commenting on her appointment Rachita Sood, General Manager, Novotel Mumbai International Airport expressed her enthusiasm, “I am excited to take on the new role and happy to be part of the Novotel Mumbai International Airport team. The hotel, although recent, has in a short span become a must visit for expats, business travelers and also the local residents looking for an unwinding time away from home. But there is always room for more and I am working on new ideas to further strengthen brand perception especially amongst the younger Mumbai audiences and looking forward to bringing those ideas to fruition. Our collective endeavor will always be to bring our passion at play and ensure memorable guest experiences, satisfaction, consistency, and customer loyalty”.
Outside of work, Rachita enjoys exploring nature and spending time with her family.
