Tourist serves a global cuisine covering around 40 countries from all over the world, curated specially by celebrity chef, and one of the managing directors “Akshay Nayyar”.

Akshay Nayyar recently won the award of “The most promising chef UAE” by Chambers of Commerce, Government of India, at the Indo-UAE global summit, 2016. Prior to this he was heading several brands in the region at Sanjeev Kapoor Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. as a corporate chef for Middle East, North America and Europe. In 2013 he also acclaimed the position of youngest Executive Chef in Middle East & Asia at one of Dubai’s foremost 5-star hotel Meliá Dubai. This was the time when Hotelier Middle East Awards recognized him as the Chef of the year.
