Bengaluru, February 05, 2026: For Valentine’s Weekend, Circa 11 presents – All Strings Attached, from 13th to 15th February, a site-specific art installation combined with a dining experience that considers love not as spectacle, but as a condition shaped by proximity, tension, and choice.
The experience is accompanied by a thoughtfully paced, multi-course menu that mirrors this sense of restraint and deliberation. It begins with an amuse bouche, setting the tone for a meal that values nuance over excess.
The first course offers a choice between a smoked big red tomato paired with fresh cherry tomatoes, bocconcini, and consommé, or tonnato layered with capers, pickled onions, and crisp potato chips. Both plates are composed yet familiar, grounded in clarity rather than flourish.
In the second course, warmth and depth come forward. A coffee-salt baked disco pumpkin arrives with burnt onion jus and emmental brûlée, while grilled tiger prawns finished with prawn butter and jeow som lean into contrast and intensity without overwhelming the palate.
The menu settles into its centre with the third course. Bucatini dressed in a corn and truffle sauce with herbs and fresh peas offers comfort through restraint. Alternatively, braised lamb agnolotti served with chicken jus and peas brings a quieter richness, allowing technique and balance to take precedence.
Dessert closes the experience on a considered note. Guests may choose between a chocolate pavé with mascarpone-stuffed strawberry and soupe de fraises, or a strawberry mousse entremet layered with sablé, sorbet, and strawberry leather, sweets that feel deliberate rather than indulgent.
All Strings Attached is presented alongside Circa 11’s Valentine’s tasting menu, which follows the same philosophy of parallel choice and unresolved outcome. The installation does not illustrate the meal. Instead, it aligns with it structurally. Meaning emerges through movement, sequence, and personal engagement, rather than explanation. Installed within the dining room, the work unfolds through suspended cloth and hand-woven threads that hover near tables and bodies without resolving or connecting. The threads hang unfinished, at irregular lengths, their incompleteness intentional.
Together, the installation and menu offer a Valentine’s Weekend experience that is intentional rather than performative, acknowledging love, memory, and food as inseparable forces shaping how people gather, choose, and connect.
