Bangalore, August 28, 2018: Hotelogix, a cloud-based Property Management System provider has been selected as the technology partner by Toshali Group of Hotels & Resorts. The management at the Odisha-based hospitality group decided to adopt Hotelogix’s enterprise-grade PMS, as the previous on-premise PMS could not offer them centralized control over all their properties spread across multiple locations.

Incorporated in 1982, with 5 eco-friendly resorts operating in the three states of Odisha, Goa and Himachal Pradesh, the group is a well-known brand among leisure travelers. They are also coming up with a new property in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Speaking on this new association, T Banambar Patra, Managing Director at Toshali Group of Hotels & Resorts said, “With Hotelogix PMS, we aim to ensure ease of operations across all our properties. As a group, we plan to grow big year-on-year, and we are sure that Hotelogix would technologically empower us in this.”

According to Saroj Mahapatra, the group’s Corporate Revenue Manager, the management had to face several operational bottlenecks that obstructed their growth, due to the inefficiency of the previous on-premise PMS. “It was difficult for us to manage all our properties from a centralized location. Distribution of inventory and rates on OTAs were done manually. There was no clarity on accounts and guest profile management was also a big challenge.” Mahapatra said.

The hospitality group decided to implement Hotelogix PMS due to its multi-property capabilities. “Hotelogix has helped us have centralized control over rates and inventory with real-time connectivity to both online and offline sales channels. Plus, we now have real-time access to business insights on our member properties, which empowers us to make data-driven decisions.” Mahapatra added.

Speaking on this development, Aditya Sanghi, Co-founder & CEO at Hotelogix said, “We are happy to have Toshali Group adopt our PMS to manage their entire group’s operations. Post transition, we now look forward to helping them overcome the challenges they had to face with the previous on-premise system, in order to achieve their business goals.”
