Bengaluru, November 29, 2024: This November, Toast & Tonic is set to launch a new menu inspired by global flavours and locally-sourced ingredients. The menu features an array of dishes, from refreshing salads and hearty small plates to gourmet flatbreads and elegant main courses. To complete the experience, there are also artisanal gelatos and a selection of innovative cocktails showcasing fresh flavours and unique pairings. The new menu is a celebration of their finest indigenous produce highlighted in delicious, artisanal specialties.

Start with the Citrus Salad, a refreshing medley of zesty orange caviar, grapefruit segments, dried zereshk berries, and mixed lettuce topped with pumpkin seeds. The Burrata 2.0 highlights locally sourced burrata with creamy tomato butter, confit tomatoes, and balsamic caviar. Warm up with the Prawn Bisque, featuring Pondicherry prawn crumble and a pine nut and leek sofrito.

The small plates include Crispy Brussels Sprouts, golden and crisp with garlic yogurt, pomegranate molasses, pine nuts and parmesan cheese. The Bandel Cheese Puffs come with smoked bandel cheese and house-made ranch sauce.

For mains, the Garden City Burger offers a gourmet twist with a rich vegetable patty, creamy brie and a soft milk bun. Seafood lovers will enjoy the Seafood Risotto, a blend of clams, calamari, prawns and river sole. The Orecchiette in Moringa Pesto showcases vibrant moringa pesto with cherry tomatoes and locally made burrata.

End on a sweet note with Water Chestnuts in Coconut Milk, a Thai-inspired dessert featuring tapioca pearls, water chestnuts, and jelly in a creamy coconut milk base. For a fusion treat, the Kunafa Cheesecake pairs pistachio gelato with crispy kunafa pastry and saffron syrup. Artisanal gelato and sorbet options include Pistachio Gelato, Seasonal Fruit Sorbet, Cereal Milk Gelato, Passion Fruit Sorbet and Dark Chocolate Sorbet, each crafted to offer a unique and refreshing palate experience.

Toast & Tonic also introduces an impressive selection of new cocktails. Among the Signature G&Ts, the Popcorn Caramel combines gin with a homemade popcorn and caramel shrub, tonic water, and star anise ice for aromatic sophistication.
