Kolkata, February 17, 2025: Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences is set to transport guests to the royal kitchens of Hyderabad with ‘The Nizami Heritage,’ scheduled from February 27th to March 2nd, 2025. The grand feast will take place at MOK – Ministry of Kebabs from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, culminating in a spectacular showcase at The Square on March 2nd, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
This one-of-a-kind experience will be curated by the distinguished Executive Sous Chef Sirajul Rahaman from Ministry of Kebabs, and Chef Raghavendra coming all the way from Hyderabad, promising an immersive gastronomic journey steeped in history and tradition. Guests will be treated to an exquisite selection of dishes that reflect the grandeur of Nizami kitchens, featuring aromatic spices, slow-cooked delicacies, and time-honored recipes.
The menu will include a range of starters, with vegetarian options such as flavorful Magaz Hare Masala Paneer Tikka, char-grilled Hyderabadi Tandoori Vegetable, crispy Sahib-e-Lukhmi, succulent Paneer Banjara Kebab, and spiced Hare Pulao Gobi Ki Kebab. For non-vegetarian lovers, the menu will feature tantalizing Hyderabadi Talawa Murgh, juicy Hyderabadi Sheek Kebab, rich Hyderabadi Gosht Shikampuri Kebab, pan-seared Tavva Machi, and succulent Hare Masala Jhinga.
The main course will present an indulgent selection, including fragrant Kacche Gosht Ki Biryani, flavor-packed Hyderabadi Murgh Dum Biryani, aromatic Subz Dum Biryani, hearty Bhagara Baingan, zesty Old City Mirchi Ka Salan, and creamy Boondi Raita.
