The tender meat, skewered and char grilled, flavoured with a mix of freshly pounded spices is aromatic and tempts the taste buds. The classic main course has enticing additions of Bharta Chicken, a dish tempered delicately with cumin and fresh garlic finished with a flourish of coriander, Rara Meat Masaledar, a unique combination of lamb and lamb minced, cooked with fresh onion and tomatoes.
The vegetarians can enjoy Choliya Aloo Rasedar, a fresh green chick pea and potato preparation, flavoured with whole spices or Lahsooni Palak, a garlic flavoured spinach preparation with onion and tomatoes. The sumptuous meal can be brought to a finish with a choice of luscious desserts some of which are a dish with jaggery and rice cooked together in milk, flavoured with green cardamom or Pethey Ka Halwa, white Ash gourd cooked with white sugar and saffron, topped with a sprinkling of dry nuts and fruits.
