Mr. Deepak Saini – Squad Champion, Jawai Zinc Journey by The Fern, Jawai, Rajasthan
With 14 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry, Deepak Saini has been appointed as Squad Champion at Jawai Zinc Journey by The Fern, Jawai, Rajasthan, where he will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences and lead his team to uphold the highest standards of service.
Deepak’s expertise lies in Room Division, managing front office, reservations, guest relations and housekeeping operations which have helped him develop a meticulous attention to detail and a customer-centric approach. His leadership style is focused on operational excellence and fostering high-performing teams, ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations.
Prior to this, Deepak has held important roles with the ITC Group and Radisson Group. His strategic problem-solving and commitment to guest satisfaction will be instrumental in driving the resort’s continued success.
Ms. Geeta Negi – Operations Manager, Grand Legacy Beacon, Dehradun
With 14 years of experience in hospitality, Ms. Geeta Negi brings valuable industry knowledge to her new role at Grand Legacy Beacon, Dehradun. As the Operations Manager, Geeta will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and optimizing the efficiency of the hotel’s various departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage and guest services.
Her responsibilities will include supervising and training staff, implementing guest engagement programs and maintaining high service standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Additionally, Geeta will be involved in managing operational costs, monitoring financial performance and overseeing compliance with health, safety and legal regulations. Prior to joining Grand Legacy Beacon, Dehradun, Geeta spent three years at Club Mahindra and four years at Taj Hotels, where she developed a strong foundation in front office management and guest services.
Ms. Nikita David Chabukswar – Operations Manager, The Beacon Hotel, NIBM, Pune
With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ms. Nikita brings valuable expertise to her new role as Operations Manager at The Beacon Hotel, NIBM, Pune. In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and enhancing operational efficiency across various departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage and support services.
Nikita’s key responsibilities include managing strategic planning, budgeting and cross-departmental team coordination to ensure smooth operations and consistently exceptional service. She will support teams in aligning departmental goals with overall business objectives, fostering a collaborative environment for outstanding guest experiences.
Before her tenure at The Beacon Hotel, NIBM, Pune, Nikita gained hands-on experience in front office management at Amanora The Fern–An Ecotel Hotel, Pune, where she demonstrated strong leadership and customer service skills. Additionally, she worked in kitchen operations at Le Pont de la Tour, where she played a key role in delivering high-end service within a fine dining setting.
