This limited edition menu will feature the classic Steamed Fish & Chinese Cabbage Rolls, served with black pepper sauce, and Crystal Vegetables & Asparagus Dumplings accompanied by an intriguing, as the name suggests, House Screaming Sauce. For the zen feeling in our tummies, this menu carries a selection of fresh flavours like the Wasabi, Edamame & Water Chestnut Dumpling with ginger soy, as well as the Pan Grilled Exotic Vegetable Gyoza best dipped in fresh turmeric & chilli sauce. Topping off this delectable monsoon menu is the Cantonese Pork Zongzi, a hearty sticky rice dumpling encased in bamboo leaf, and silky Chicken & Shiitake Mushroom Dumplings with warm soy & sesame broth. The heartwarming savouries are perfectly washed down with sips of the warm and tarty Hibiscus and the delicately fragrant Jasmine teas by Tea Trunk.
