Bangkok December 10, 2016: HOFTEL, the global hotel owners’ alliance, is bringing a new type of boutique hotel investment event to South East Asia. SEAHIS is created specifically to tackle topics of interest concern to hotel and serviced apartment owners and will feature CEOs from hotel owning groups as its most prominent speakers.
SEAHIS will be different because:
1) It will be “big enough to meet the right people…..but also small enough to meet the right people”. We expect that 50% or more of our speakers will be CEOs or other “Chief” officers of their businesses
2) We will focus on presentations, debates and round tables, not the usual (often boring) panels
3) Most of the speakers will be hotel real estate investors, not consultants, operators, lawyers or bankers; as a result of the type of attendees, it will be a very relaxed event, with nobody feeling any selling pressure
4) Pricing for both delegates and sponsors will be a very reasonable levels
SEASHIS will kick off on 13th June with a special session highlighting executives who have broken the glass ceiling in the hotel sector, including Ms SuphajeeSuthumpun, CEO, Dusit Hotels and Resorts; Anchalika Kijkanakorn, Founder and MD, Akaryn Hotel Group and Dawn Teo, Director at Amara Holdings.
Other key speakers confirmed include Suchad Chiaranussati, CEO and founder, SC Capital; Aron Harliela, CEO Harilela Hotels; Prab Thakral, CEO, Boutique Group; Peter Henley, CEO, Onyx Hospitality; Brian Williams, CEO Swire Hotels; Gerald Lawless, Chairman, WTTC; Sunny Bajaj, CEO, Amburaya; Vincent Yeo, CEO CDL Hospitality Trust and Christophe Vielle, GCP Hospitality
SEAHIS takes place at the DusitThani Bangkok on 13/14th June.
