Treat your palate with traditional Pongal with Gosthu at extravagant Brunch 

New Delhi, January 11, 2019:  Pongal festival is celebrated for the year’s harvest season across India in different states and with different names. Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa’s The Reef, an all-day dining restaurant presents to you in all its traditional South Indian flavours a curated one of a kind Pongal brunch on the 12th of January 2020.

The menu for this brunch is curated by the Executive Chef, Mukesh Sharma along with Jr. Sous Chef. Jagadeesh, well known for his traditional South Indian dishes. The lavish spread held at The Reef includes local delicacies like Venn Pongal, Chakkarai Ponga, Brinjal Gosthu, Sundal Avial, Mochai Kottai Kuzhambu, Sambar Vada, and Cane juice. Local beverages such as Goli Sodas, Jigarthanda and Sarbath have also been added to the already flavorful menu.

They have also included a Kids area where they can indulge themselves in interesting activities like Balloon bending, nail coloring, pot making, glass painting and face painting.
