New Delhi, July 02, 2022: Mohan Anand Rao has been elevated to the Rooms Division Manager by Novotel Hyderabad Airport. A seasoned professional with over 16 years of rich expertise in the hospitality industry, he has served various brands across international and national locations. He also has an experience of over 12 years in the learning & development departments. Prior to his elevation, he served as the learning and development manager at Novotel Hyderabad Airport.
Mohan will be focusing on enhancing the overall guest experience and developing a talented and committed team to manage the hotel operations in the ever-evolving business environment. He has been associated with Accor for 5 years. He has won the award for “Learning & Development Person of the Year” by Accor South Asia. Currently, Mohan is undergoing a fast-track program in Accor IELP (India Executive Leadership Program) to head the hotel operations.

Mohan began his career with Oberoi Hotels in food & beverage service and moved into the L&D department at Savera Group of Hotels, Chennai and has been unstoppable ever since.
