At Novotel Hotels & Resorts, Goa, Alex’s core responsibilities will include bringing quality and consistency to the table, along with aesthetic presentations, incorporating both modern and traditional trends. He will be focusing on the development of his team, coaching, mentoring them and constantly improving the team knowledge as to how the food should be prepared and presented. He firmly believes in food cost/food wastage control program to avoid food wastage and keeps a monthly profit or loss report.
Prior to joining Accor, Chef Alex has worked with some of the finest brands like Hilton Hotels in Sharjah as the Head Chef, Abu Dhabi National Hotels Compass ME Das Island in Abu Dhabi as the Executive Chef, Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi as the Sous Chef and more.

After pursuing his Food production Degree in culinary from American Hotel & Motel Association, Alex has held various positions across leading hotel chains in India and UAE. In his spare time, Chef Alex likes to work towards environment friendly projects, read, and watch football.
