Having successfully completed his Food and Craft diploma, Chef Chuni is a seasoned culinary professional and brings to the table over 15 years of experience in recipes & quality management, training & development, operation & processes.
Prior to joining Eastin Easy Vita, Chef Chuni has worked with various renowned hospitality brands across the country like Mahindra Holidays & Resorts, Sterling Holidays, Sarovar Hotels & Resorts and Golden Tulip Hotels, Suites & Resorts. Throughout his career Chef Chuni has gained knowledge in various fields like Recipes & Quality management, Menu Engineering, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Team building & Strategy, Planning & Innovation.
In his current role at Eastin Easy Vita he will be ensuring smooth functioning of all F&B outlets in the hotel as well as will be in charge for overseeing all culinary aspects of the kitchens, menus, training modules and most importantly fortifying the standards of excellence expected by both resident and non-resident patrons.
