Pune, May 02, 2018: Bon Voyage! Hard Rock’s World Burger Tour is back and ready to take guests’ taste buds on an international flavor experience. World Burger Tour, a limited-time offering of Hard Rock Local Legendary© Burgers, inspired by the taste and flavors from cafe locations around the world, hits tables at participating Hard Rock Cafe locations across India beginning May 2 and continues through June 30.

This year, taking the festival a notch higher, the iconic live music destination will also be celebrating the World Hamburger Day with great pomp and glory. With a goal of striking a total sell – out of burgers worth a lakh, the Café will treat guests with signature Burgers priced at a jaw dropping Rs. 99 on 28th May, 2018. Burger devours can also show their burger gobbling skills by taking up the Burgerthon – a competition testing you on your Burger hogging appetite. The faster you relish your burger, the higher your chances of winning the challenge!
Hometown Heroes
This year a gamut of local burgers were evaluated by Hard Rock’s culinary team with favorites added to the 2018 World Burger Tour lineup. While four will make it to the first installment of the festival in May, the other four will be introduced towards the latter half of the same.
THE QUESEDILLA BURGER – MEXICO– Robust burger with a mix of polenta, sweet corn, beans, spices & vegetables flavoured with tangy enchilada salsa, swiss cheese, avacado & nacho straws
CHAMORRO BURGER – GUAM, SOUTH PACIIFIC – Delicious Burger with Buff patty, Rubbed with island-inspired spices and layered with Cheddar cheese, the house-made Chamorro glaze, chili paste, crisp lettuce and tomato. Served with seasoned fries.
KATSU BURGER – JAPAN
Golden Panko crusted chicken burger, laced with tonkatsu BBQ sauce, sambal mayo and seven spice slaw. Served with seasoned fries.
THE TENNESSEE BBQ BURGER – MEMPHIS, TN – USA
Memphis is the BBQ capital of the world and this burger supports that title,”We kept Memphis BBQ traditions alive with Buff patty loaded with zippy sauce & melted chedder cheese, fried egg, Memphis BBQ pulled chicken & crunchy onion frizzle.
THE NEW DELHI BURGER
New Delhi is known for its vegetarian cuisine that uses fresh ingredients and bold spices. This Double Veggie burger has golden fried spiced veg patty & grilled herbed lentil patty, layered with marinated tomato, tangy sauce & topped with spiced rocket lettuce.
TANGO SALSA BURGER
This atomic burger has a massive kick of smokey spiced grilled chicken supreme, laced with honey mustard sauce, layered with cheddar cheese & come together in perfect harmony with green apple, quinoa & rocket slaw.
SATAY BURGER – SINGAPORE
This burger is sure to give you a crunchy trip with a mouthwatering combination of Asian peanut sauce, cool cucumber planks, arugula and sriracha mayonnaise on an all- buff patty between a toasted bun. Served with seasoned fries.
WHISKEY BACON BURGER – BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
Soaked in a whiskey marinade and stacked buff patty, this burger is stuffed with bacon slices, crispy fried red onion, melted cheddar cheese, garlic aioli, sliced tomato and arugula. Served with seasoned fries.
