New Delhi, August 05, 2021: As London Taxi’s initiative to build and propel startups is gaining great momentum, they are set to launch their third culinary brand – Bawa Nu Bhonu, a Parsi menu by Chef Farnaz Dandiwala.

Chef Farnaz Dandiwala aims to introduce traditional Parsi fanfare, and peppers it with unconventional twists and joyful flavors. With a philosophy of Khavanu, Peevanu ne Majja ni Life which translates to Eat, Drink & Enjoy Life, Chef Farnaz’s stellar menu comprises of popular favorites such as the dhansak, a rich meaty preparation made from good quality mutton or chicken with spiced pulses and is arguably the most popular dish from the Parsi cuisine’s repertoire; kolmi-no-patio, a sweet and sour prawn curry; salli boti, a traditional style sweet-sour and spicy mutton dish and  lagan-nu-custard, that’s beautifully influenced from the British caramel custard.

“Parsi cuisine is an eclectic mix of hot and sweet, spice and nice. The recipes use varied ingredients that might seem a bit unconventional but are a treat to the palate. Any tourist or resident in Mumbai cannot miss the experience of devouring these mouth-watering Parsi dishes,” believes Farnaz, a young home chef, who discovered her entrepreneurial streak during the pandemic, while cooking whole-heartedly for family and friends.

Dhaval Udeshi and Pawan Shahri, Partners at London Taxi said, “During the pandemic, many restaurateurs faced a crisis, downed their shutters, or redirected their strategies to morph into delivery kitchens. However, we have continued with London Taxi and our strategy is to constantly collaborate with talented entrepreneurs in a form that is mutually sustainable. The focus is to deliver a variety of culinary delights that are healthy, memorable and simply flavourful.”
