New York, August 17, 2016: KNOWCROSS, the global leader in technology intelligence for the hospitality operations industry, is announcing today the appointment of Manpreet Singh as Chief Technology Officer. Singh will oversee the company’s global Quality Assurance and Systems Administration departments while ensuring KNOWCROSS always remains a technical leader in its domain.

Singh comes to KNOWCROSS with close to two decades of experience in the IT industry, most recently serving as Senior Director, Software Engineering for Monster.com. In 2011, he received the “Relentless Innovator” Award for launching the Monster India mobile platform and a new vertical, “Monster College.”
Based in the company’s New Delhi headquarters, Singh will be in charge of KNOWCROSS’ suite of software applications which includes, KNOW Housekeeping, KNOW Service, KNOW Glitch, KNOW Mobile and KNOW Inspection.
