With a Culinary experience of over 18 years, Raul is a master of his arts, his passion for Japanese food and his expertise in running luxurious hotels successfully have brought him a long way in the F&B industry.
Under Chef Raul’s Charge, the hotel has witnessed a lavish & diverse Japanese cuisine menu at Pickwick which includes delicacies like luscious appetizers Oven fresh pizzas, Avacado Tartare, popcorn shrimp, an array of Nigiri which is a sushi consisting of a slice of raw fish over pressed vinegared rice .and Sashimi which are slices of fresh fish or meat, often over a bed of shredded daikon radish- Asparagus, Takaun , Ottoro, Akami , Scrumptious rolls, and sundries of Vegetarian and non-vegetarian Maki and a lot more to serve to its patrons.
