National, March 19, 2019: Indore Marriott Hotel, one of the premium and largest 5-star hotels in Madhya Pradesh celebrated the one-year anniversary of One Asia, a specialty restaurant that serves Pan-Asian cuisine.
One Asia restaurant is an elite eatery where the menu boasts a rich and diverse selection of Pan-Asian food and authentic flavors curated under the artistic direction of Chef Hemant Sharki. The restaurant offers a wide range of cuisines like Sichuan, Thai, and Indonesian to name a few.
To extend the anniversary celebration, Indore Marriott Hotel has introduced “The Great Guanyin Food Festival” that will be held from 8th to 17th March 2019. The highlight of the festival will be the presence of guest Chef Tenzin Namkha who will grace the One Asia kitchen, giving people an opportunity to enjoy gastronomic Asian delights prepared specially by him. Chef Tenzin Namkha has travelled to various cities in India showcasing his eclectic skills in Asian cuisine with mouth-watering dishes from Thai, Korean and Japanese food as well as authentic Chinese delights from different regions of the country. Chef Namkha owns and runs a Chinese specialty restaurant called THE LANTERN at The Ritz Carlton Hotel, Bangalore and is now heading South India`s highest Asian Restaurant and Lounge Bar, High Ultra Lounge at Sheraton Bangalore. He has also presented Cantonese and Sichuan delicacies in a Home-style noodle show along with wok style delights, Asian spice beverages and delectable desserts along with the in-house Chef Hemant Sharki.
