His diverse background has allowed him to gain valuable insights and expertise in managing IT operations within the hospitality industry.
As the newly appointed Cluster IT Manager, Malcolm will oversee the information technology functions for three prominent properties, namely Hilton Goa Resort, DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Arpora – Baga, and DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji. His responsibilities will include managing IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, implementing innovative technological solutions, and providing exceptional support to the hotels’ guests and staff.
