This is the first time that Golden Court’s talented chefs have created a Chinese menu with seasonal fruits. Guests can enjoy the freshest fruits possible this summer with their favourite Chinese dishes, such as flavoursome berries, mangoes, pears, wax apples, granny smith apples and sweet lychees. These fruits are cooked to intensify their flavours and create appealing textures with other matching ingredients. Some of the special creations include crispy crab claw with foie gras and berry vinaigrette; wok fried prawns with wax apples, granny smith apples and lilies; along with wok fried cod with supreme soya and green mango relish.
