From comforting Ramen delights to decadent afternoon tea surprises, Shangri-La Bengaluru showcases plenty of experiences this season.

New Delhi, July 24, 2022: Shangri-La Bengaluru lays out a range of delightful experiences made perfect for the drizzly and chilly Monsoon weather.

Yataii, the Japanese restaurant on Level 18, pops up with the ‘Souper Ramen Express’ staging an array of satisfying and soothing Ramen bowls featuring Katsu Shoyu Ramen, Spicy Ahiru Ramen, Tantanmen, Spicy Sakana Ramen and Cold Hiyashi Chukka.  Guests can slurp on this bowl of deliciousness from 29 July 2022 to 3 August 2022 for dinner, priced at INR 750 plus taxes for each bowl of ramen.

Bringing flavours from the coastal lands of the Bay of Bengal, Ssaffron, the Indian speciality restaurant, presents aromatic seafood preparations with a degustation menu curated by Chef Ashok Bandaru. The menu showcases culinary specials from Haldia, Machilipatnam, Pondicherry, Nagapattinam and Velankanni served with local staples and dessert.  Highlights are Chepala Vepudu (Spicy Fish Fry), Chingri Macher Chop (Street Style Prawn Cutlet), Nandu Milagu Podimas (Spicy Crab infused with Black Pepper), Sorsebata Ilish Mach (Hilsa Fish in Mustard Curry), Idiyappam (South Indian Rice Noodles), Nendran Pazham Payasam (Plaintain Fritters in Sugar Syrup) and more.  This special menu is available for dinner from 22 July 2022 to 28 July 2022 and is priced at INR2400 plus taxes per person.

Patrons can relish Italian signatures from Sicily, Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, Sardinia and Naples at Caprese with fresh and delightful choices of Anti Pasti, Zuppe, Main Courses, Homemade Pizzas and Desserts against scenic views of the Bangalore Palace from Level 18 and perfected with the finest selection of wines. Opens from 26 July 2022 onwards for dinner between 6.30 p.m. and 11.30 p.m. and is closed on Mondays.

Guests can visit b Cafe for the ‘Quick-fix Lunch’ perfect for a midday work break which includes limitless salads, soups, choice of Indian, Asian or Western main courses and desserts. Available from Monday to Friday between 12.30 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. for INR1200 plus taxes per person.
