New Delhi, January 19, 2023: Get ready to enjoy the Signature Wine Dinner by Celebrity Italian Chef Enzo Oliveri, who is renowned for exemplary Italian cuisine, at The Roseate House. The sit-down five-course dinner, paired with wine, will consist of some of the signature dishes of Chef Enzo, including Arancini al Tartufo, Enzo’s Minestrone, Caponata di Carciofi, Pesce in Crosta di Pistacchio, Parmigiana in Sfoglia and Strawberry and Classic Tiramisù duo.
Born in Palermo in Sicily and now a resident of the UK, Chef Enzo has been awarded by the President of Italy, the honorary Cavaliere Ufficiale OSI, in recognition of his outstanding contribution as an Ambassador of Italy in the world of hospitality, food and culture. Enzo stars in the Channel 4 programme ‘Kitchen Impossible’ as well as in the series ‘Sicily with Aldo & Enzo’ on another British television channel. He represents the Federation of Italian Chefs in the UK and is on the board of the International Hospitality Council.
Chef Enzo’s Signature Wine Dinner will be hosted in the spectacular ballroom of The Roseate House. Only 75 guests will be hosted per day at this special dinner where Chef Enzo will interact with the guests regarding his food philosophy, the dishes and the ingredients used.
