New Delhi, December 11, 2018: Kolkata is the hub of Oriental cuisine, with Tangra being one of the popular joints for Chinese cuisine. Other than Chinese, the city has evolved and developed a taste for other Asian cuisines like – Malaysian, Thai, and Japanese. JW Marriott Kolkata, one of the most popular properties of the city, has hosted numerous such festivals, that has contributed to changing the myths and stereotypes associated with Asian cuisines, and introduced us to a range of delectable Asian delicacies. On that note, loyal guests and patrons can look forward to another stupendous festival, with the property gearing up to offer the city a brand new perspective to the rather inconspicuous Vietnamese cuisine, by hosting a Vietnamese Food Festival. The 9-day long festival from 7th till 16th December will feature a line of scrumptious delicacies from Vietnam curated by visiting specialty chef, Chef Ly.
