Sushma Gaikwad is an entrepreneur with varied experience in the industries of luxury sales, event management, corporate identity implementation process and learning & development respectively. She started off in 1987 in Luxury sales for a premium furniture & furnishing brand and went on to work with Wizcraft International Entertainment., working closely with the pioneers in the Event Industry in India. She then and specialized in corporate identity implementation processes with Sista’s and Wolff-Olins in the U.K. In the year 2000, Sushma co-founded Ice Global which is an experiential convergence company that specializes in experiential strategy, campaign management and event execution roll-outs. Sushma is also the founder of IGM which is an organization that specializes in breakthrough therapy and works towards enhancing attitude and skills through the use of experiential & Neuro-linguistic techniques.
Shishir Shrivastava is the Joint Managing Director at The Phoenix Mills Ltd (PML). He has handled a varied portfolio, has relevant experience pertaining to the entire life cycle of real estate assets including malls, hotels and offices As the Group CEO, Shishirwas instrumental in the development of PML’s real estate assets portfolio. He is presently driving strategy, business development and capital raising for the group.
Prasanto K Roy, a tech journalist for over two decades, writes and speaks on tech, digital and green issues, for NDTV, BBC, and others. He is head of media services for Trivone Digital Services.
