Sunil began his hospitality career with IHCL, where he laid a strong foundation in luxury service and operations. Over the years, he has held key leadership roles across iconic properties, consistently demonstrating excellence in cross-functional management, team development, and guest experience enhancement. Most recently, as Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, he spearheaded strategic initiatives, led high-impact brand repositioning efforts, and played a pivotal role in elevating the overall dining experience.

Since joining Conrad Bengaluru, Sunil has focused on enhancing operational cohesion, investing in team development, and identifying opportunities to refine service delivery. His approach is anchored in strategic thinking, strong on-ground presence, and a deep understanding of luxury guest expectations.
