New Delhi, December 20, 2020: An exclusive Xmas brunch will be served on Dec 25 at Tiara the multi-cuisine all day dining restaurant at Meluha, The Fern, Powai. The multi cuisine buffet will include traditional festive specialties such as turkey and variety of desserts.
Some of the starters on the buffet counter will be Butter Pepper Roast Potato with pesto foam , Kale til ka Paneer Tikka, Murgh Chapli Kebab, Coriander crusted fish with spicy mayo , Harissa lamb skewers etc
The live counter will have Roast turkey, smoked roasted pork leg served with cranberry sauce, turkey jus, Assortment of seafood grilled and seved with lemon butter sauce and crunchy vegetable chips and live pasta counter.
The desserts on buffet will be Whiskey Creme Brulee, Coconut Baked Yoghurt, Roasted Almond Tart, Macroons, Strawberry Yule Log, Stollen, Plum Cake, Plum Pudding with brandy sauce
