New Delhi, June 01, 2022: Chef Vikas Seth, Chef and Culinary Director at Embassy Leisure has won the Man of Excellence Award conducted by the Indian Achievers Forum 2022. Indian Achievers’ Award is India’s most coveted award recognising achievements since 2000.
Chef Seth has been the brains behind the multi-award winning restaurants Sanchez, Sriracha and Hopshaus; Zest Events & Catering, F&B outlets @ BLVD Club – Embassy Boulevard, and Eden Café at Embassy Springs, amongst others.
Born in the culinary rich bylanes of Amritsar into a family of foodies, Chef Seth is a well-travelled chef with an in-depth understanding of culinary concepts and a strong passion for innovation. An IHM Mumbai alumnus, with advanced culinary skills honed at the Culinary Institute of America, he comes with over two decades of work experience. He has travelled across some of the best culinary capitals of the world and has been instrumental in creating some of the most interesting restaurants in the country.
