Chef’s key responsibilities at Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences will bring innovation into the bakery and also enhance the gastronomical experience for all guests. Chef Danish will also be refreshing the bakery menu with his unique recipe ideas.

Chef Danish started his stint as a pastry chef with Hotel ITC Maratha Resposible Luxury, Mumbai, India and then moved on to work with other brands such as Shababik international, Jeddah Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and JW Marriott Hotel, Bangalore INDIA. Chef Danish was the Callebaut patisserie of the year 2019 1st run-up and a Gold medalist and Silver medalist in National level pastry competition (SICA AND WACS). With An innovative, energetic and artistic professional with 4 year bachelor degree of hotel management and catering technology offering 5 years plus of experience and having led department as Kitchen Executive (pastry) and as Cake artist at JW Marriott Bangalore India, Chef Danish’s creativity has made reach heights at a very early stage.
